very bad costumer service . Rude and Arrogant sales team . we went there to book imperiale. We asked for a test ride . first day they asked us to book for test ride . we booked and they gave next day 4.00 pm as time for test ride. we reached the showroom next-day at time . At that time vehicle was not available for test ride . we waited . when the vehicle came . one of there staff who revealed himself as rishi was very much disturbing . he was behaving as if he was drunken. he screamed at us stating that it is not time for test ride . because he has to go home . on complaining to manager, we felt he have no authority over there to controle his staffs. we felt him as helpless. on our return back we just checked Google review and found that this is not an isolated issue. most of the costumers are a prey for the arrogent attitude of Benelli kochi staff. if sales team is this much short tempered , how will be the service team .
